Philadelphia Mural Arts Tour
Saturday, April 21st from 10am to 12:30pm
Meet at the Philadelphia Visitors Center
16th and JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia
The Philadelphia Department of Mural Arts Program is a city-sponsored public arts program that works with neighborhood residents, young people, artists, and a wide variety of public and private organizations to create murals that reflect the aspirations and experience of the city's diverse communities. Join us as we go on a guided tour (by trolley!) for highlights of the almost 2000 murals in Philadelphia that have been created through this program.
Seating is limited to 35 people. Cost is twenty dollars for members and twenty-five dollars for non-members and guests. Please RSVP quickly to request a seat. May Day Celebration and Annual Meeting
Sunday, May 6th from 3pm to 5pm
Wyndham Patio, Bryn Mawr College
Join us for our annual celebration of May Day. Strawberries and other (non-alcoholic) refreshments provided. Feel free to bring your own champagne.
We will have a brief Club meeting and we will hold elections for Board positions - President, Vice President (Membership), Vice President (Events), Treasurer, and Secretary.
